Parked in the (empty) lot for what would be 5 minutes to change clothes and head to work while the street was closed at my apartment. a VERY rude man that looked Indian came outside and yelled at me not even allowing me to run inside to grab clothes. Threatened to call towing if I did not move immediately as he was approaching me yelling that I was an ignorant rude kid. I have never been talked to that way in my life and hope no one ever has to come in contact with that man ever.
