I got box braids and it was done fast compared to other times I've gotten it done. The braids looked really good and held up for awhile. This business responds back promptly to inquiries. The scheduling is easy and flexible. They are friendly as well, definitely recommend.
Grace has great customer service, her shop is very accommodating with a wide variety of hair and hair products. Her braiding style is neat and detailed. She takes her time, yet provides timely service. I'm so happy I lucked up on the Jewel.

Grace's is a solid option in the IC area. A few years ago I was a law student at Iowa and I had a hair emergency after Eleanore, at Venus Hair salon, messed up my hair so bad I called my friend crying. My friend is white and didn't really get it until I sent her a picture. She was stunned. I needed help asap. I called Grace's, they said come right in. They were to fix Eleanor's mistake. It was costly, but I was able to go to my afternoon classes. I appreciate that they were able to get me in and out without trying to up-sell me on a different hairstyle or cracking jokes (well deserved jokes I may add). They saw I was shaken up about the whole ordeal and did their best to make it better. I would totally go there again.
