I bought some headphones from here and one half never worked. They don't do refunds here is what I was told when I bought them, so I'm not eager to go back anytime soon. I also threw away the manufacturer packaging too soon to even exchange the headphones. Service was nice though, and store was well organized.
I could not say enough good things about Tailgate. From their apparel to the customer service, I have never been displeased with their creativity and professionalism. Don’t know what all these one stars are about - truly the best place to shop on campus!
Local company hiring local artists to create advertising content is how it SHOULD work.nnI was disappointed to see that Tailgate Iowa reproduced a local photographers work as a work-around to hiring them again or paying the artists for their content. It the images are unapologetic in how closely they reproduced the original images made by the artist. This is not artistic inspiration, it’s copyright infringement and plagiarism, at best. These values are inconsistent with those held by the University of Iowa.nnThis a small community and we support our local artists and businesses. I look forward to changing my review when the company responds appropriately.
