Of the many Walmarts I've visited, the customer service I received at the Iowa City location has been outstanding. Following a recent surgery, I was unable to walk & using a wheelchair. Yet, I've been able to shop alone on several occasions & received great customer service at numerous points, whenever I needed it, throughout the store. The employees must have exemplary training & it shows.
Great variety of products at reasonable prices. However when I wasn't looking for an associate there were several asking whether I needed help or not. When I did need assistance there was no one around. I finally had to go up to the register area & as a cashier to locate an associate who could help me then wait several minutes before anyone showed up.
Very well stocked shelves, rarely out of items. All customers wear masks which is great for public health. Nice job, Walmart!
Always great experience with parking lot pick up. The shoppers pick very good produce every time. Thank you!
Walmart is good for running in to buy birthday presents, but, not so good for running in to buy birthday presents. There was a single register open on Saturday morning. Not even the self check-outs were open. What is the point of making a quick run for birthday presents if you have to wait for 30 minutes to check out? I will keep buying things at Walmart, but, I won't like it.
