I drive 70 miles to do business at this Hyundai Service Center. (The few times I've ever needed full service or repair on my 2013). They get it right the first time. Bill and the Service Team are very helpful, efficient, no pressure, and professional. My questions are fully answered and explanations are thorough. Service techs make every effort to the best job. Customer wait area is comfortable and relaxing. If you're rural like me and need to decide which direction to go, avoid Des Moines Hyundai at all costs- hands down worst customer service ever experienced, anywhere. Billion Hyundai in Iowa City is top notch and I will not take my car anywhere else.

They won't leave me alone with email, they constantly spam me and never have I ever been so frustrated with a car dealership. This has been going on since February 27th
