Great service staff! My service advisor is Zack - an honest, knowledgeable GM representative. Vehicle was on time as promised, and Zack walked me to the vehicle's location - it was in the back parking area, as I requested that so I didn't take a space out front.nTake advantage of their car wash - one of the best values in Iowa City! Priced reasonably.
I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado Crew Cab LT from Billion GMC/Chevrolet in Iowa City and Alec Christensen who I worked with was very helpful in helping me match my truck needs with my budget. Alec worked extremely hard for me the customer and I felt like he was on my side the entire time. When it came time to fill out the paperwork the entire business staff also did a nice job of answering my questions as well. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Billion and overall both have been good experiences.
