I strongly recommend Jack if you plan to visit the dealership.nMy wife and I visited to test drive Q5 and Q7, and he gave us the keys to test drive them on our own. We were quite happy about that as we got to discuss the car in private and be relaxed. After that we chose Q5. I knew they don't have the exact configuration that I want, but he got the car that I wanted from QC Audi. He worked out a nice deal for us in few emails, and he was transparent throughout the process (which did not take much time at the dealership).

Service manager is the best I have ever met. Alan is extremely professional and takes care of his clients. Pays attention to the small details as well which makes a lasting impression!
