We were ready to transition from our beloved Passat to a small SUV. Brian Melendez was extremely patient with us as we asked him to show us about 6 different small SUVs. He offered to show us a Tiguan which was not on our list. We ended up loving it and within a week, we got a beautiful 2018 Tiguan.nI must say, we probably wouldn’t have gotten it if it wasn’t for Brian’s knowledge and for keeping in touch with us and answering any questions or concerns we had. I appreciate the follow up post purchase to make sure we were happy and if we had any further questions.nShout out to Sharif as well for making financing super easy and painless!

The purchase experience I had back in December was a solid 4 out of 5, but what gives this experience a 5 out of 5 is the service department. They were super transparent and didn’t try to sell me things/services I didn’t need. I also had a warranty and took care of everything. They always made sure while I was waiting for my vehicle there or at my home, they always respected my time. They fixed a sensor that bothering my car to so long and made sure it stayed fixed as well. Will definitely come back in years to come for my next car purchase!

I saw a vehicle we wanted, but it had a pending offer as Nathan G. told me, but said he would call if it fell through, so he called me a day later at eight in the morning to tell me it was available which I thought was wonderful follow up. So my wife and I went down there that morning and actually drove two vehicles and ended up purchasing the one that we originally wanted. Nathan did a very good job of making it work for both of our trade-ins and he was a pleasure to deal with. He is very nice, respectful and knowledgeable about the vehicles.nSharif In finance was also a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, detailed and patience as he answered our questions.nWe will recommend this dealership and look forward to coming down for any service needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Carousel. They ALWAYS help me out no matter what the situation, whether it is service or buying a new VW from them. Their pricing is honestly the best in the area! I send all my friends here due to all the positive experiences I have had. You can tell they actually care about their customers! It is so refreshing!
