We have gotten many vehicles throughout the years. This is our first time buying from carousel motors and we were very impressed. Our salesman Ben did a great job he wasn't pushy he listened to what our needs were and tried to meet them and he was patient and honest. The whole experience was great we feel like we got a great deal on our vehicle and felt like those at carousel motors really cared and truly did give us the best deal. Believe me we have been ripped off by other dealers before so we were very very happy with this experience and highly recommend them. Also wanted to thank Sharif he was great on the financing part he went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of with a great warranty and financing.

Great Sales Service! I had researched plenty of cars for months and was ready to make my decision. I went onto Carousel’s website to request a sales person to contact me and Brian Melendez reached out within the hour(9AM). He was friendly and provided plenty of information, along with visual aids. Living in Omaha, he made the buying process smooth and picked up the vehicle the following day. Thanks, Brian!

We were ready to transition from our beloved Passat to a small SUV. Brian Melendez was extremely patient with us as we asked him to show us about 6 different small SUVs. He offered to show us a Tiguan which was not on our list. We ended up loving it and within a week, we got a beautiful 2018 Tiguan.nI must say, we probably wouldn’t have gotten it if it wasn’t for Brian’s knowledge and for keeping in touch with us and answering any questions or concerns we had. I appreciate the follow up post purchase to make sure we were happy and if we had any further questions.nShout out to Sharif as well for making financing super easy and painless!

Excellent customer service!!! Everyone involved from the amazing salesman, the very patient financing gentleman and the great shop staff were just incredible. Everything was explained in easy to understand terms and all of the features of the vehicle were shown and explained. Tom took us on a test drive where my daughter was able to accurately get a feel for her new vehicle and he answered any questions she had. We will definitely recommend Carousel Motors to all those shopping for a vehicle

We purchased a 2016 Cadillac Escalade from Carousel Motors and our sales associate was Javaka Thompson and he was OUTSTANDING. We live 4 hours away and made two trips to close the deal and drive away in our Cadillac.nnJavaka stayed in constant communication with us. He was prompt to reply via text, phone call and email. He even checked in with me the morning after our purchase and drive home to ensure all was well.nnWe also interacted with Tyler and Sharif in Finance and they too were excellent to deal with. We wanted to get as much done before we arrived at the dealership having such a long drive with 4 kids.
