I have purchased two RAM pickups from this dealership. Dominic (“Dom”) was my sales contact. He worked hard to understand my needs and was very easy to deal with. He always treated me with respect and was transparent in his communications with me. Mark and Alex on the service side and Lyle in parts have been very helpful in working with me to make my RAM 2500 diesel a more capable off-road vehicle. They just completed the installation of off-road bumpers and lights. They took their time to do the job right and the installation was very professionally done. I grew up in a small town and the vibe at this dealership is “small town”. They clearly want their customers to be satisfied and that’s what I am—very satisfied!
I shopped on the web,found a Jeep I was interested in and sent an email. I got an immediate response from Al Baker who sent me 2 videos to view. I called Al,we closed the deal and I picked up the vehicle and paperwork the next day. Everyone was extremely professional which is easy. The impressive part was how friendly,sincere, and honest they were. The credit manager Nolan took the extra time to be sure everything was the way I wanted it. A great experience!
I came to Deery to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica and Dan was our salesman. He was really great to work with. I never felt pressured about anything (even though I knew I was going to buy that day) and he was very thorough about the features of the van. He was very knowledgeable and assured me I was purchasing a fantastic vehicle for my growing family. He even went an extra mile (or 3) to come get my car from my parking spot during work and had the protective coating applied. It was dropped off before I got done with work. He is a great salesman, I would recommend to anybody shopping for a car!nnThe only reason I didn't give the dealership a 5-star rating was because the paperwork process took much longer than I was expecting. I was at the dealer for probably 4 hours, only 30-45 minutes was actually looking at and test driving the vehicle.

We just purchased a vehicle and overall it was a wonderful experience.
