I like my McDonald's
Not sure why but pulled in about 3:30 a.m. while they still serve dinner menu. Waited for someone to take my order at window for 45 minutes. Still no service. They switched the menu to breakfast. I continued to wait, deciding it won't kill me to get breakfast. After another 20 minutes I pulled into a parking spot, tired of waiting door service. Tried to go in lobby, Which says it's open 24hrs but apparently that is not so. Multiple cars left with the same experience. You could clearly see staff through window but never got service. At 4:30 I left. I'll go wait 30 minutes for the McDonald's on sycamore to open. I will not return to this location ever. If I could rate 0 starts, I would.
McDonald's always wonderful their fries are the best we've got really good coffee too
Just went through the drive through. 3/3 employees were not using face masks appropriately (2 “chin straps”/ 1 with nose hanging out). Management should address the issue. :(
The employees working the drive through are always very courteous! They do tend to mess up coffee/McCafé orders, but my food is always right!
