By appointment only. Service was excellent. Daughter of founding lady operates salons in Iowa City and Davenport. Paul's Wigs catalog service has similar items at much lower prices, but of course no hands on face to face quality as Betty's does!

Wigs are quality. Sara is a sweetheart! She has gone out of her way to help me with mailing, comfort tips, trimming, etc . I will recommend people with wig needs to her.
