The moment I walked into this place, I was impressed by how clean it was, the lighting from the windows and the lighting they had was incredible. I was impressed by how the ladies dropped everything to welcome me and ask how they could help. I was in need for renting a tux for myself with a short amount of time. Lena thoroughly explained my choices and was very detailed mannered.nI had been to a lot of neardnear by places about renting a tux and I can honestly say the prices and the customer service was outstanding here at The Bridal Shop.nLeaving their store after figuring out what I wanted to order, I was in shock by how everyone that was there wished me to have a great day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is in a time crunch.

Had a gentleman help me to get fitted for a wedding I’m in next month. One of the most polite people I’ve met. I didn’t get a chance to catch his name but I loved the service provided. If you ever need information or help with formal events with a bit of style this is the place
After having a not-so-great experience at a national chain, Lena and Eleya were a breath of fresh air!! They were very sweet, attentive and above all very patient with me! They went above and beyond to help me find a dress for my son's wedding, and get it ordered in time since it so close to the wedding date. The customer service at The Bridal Shop is top notch, and I highly recommend it!
