Love this store! Shopped here multiple times and have been very happy with our purchases. The staff greet us warmly and make us feel welcome- which is saying something when you are shopping with crazy toddlers! Always had great experiences here, 10/10 recommend.

This store deserves a zero star rating. Wish I would have read all the reviews before shopping here. Terrible customer service all the way at the top. I purchased a swing that didn’t even work, before making the purchase I’d asked the employee about the return policy, which she replied, “returns can be made within 7 days with original receipt.” After realizing the swing didn’t work, my husband returned it, within 3 days of purchase. The store told him they don’t do returns on baby equipment but would honor store credit, despite what the employee had told me about returns within 7 days...I called to get my money back and was told by the employee working that there had been a misunderstanding and if something wasn’t working I could bring it in and they’d honor a return. I explained it had already been returned and she said her regional manager would call me back...Took 3 weeks of calling over and over to get in touch with the “regional manager”. Once I finally got through she doesn’t even ask me to explain what happened, she immediately tells her employees have already told me several times that nothing more can be done, telling me I’ve misunderstood what her employee said, all employees are extensively trained on the return policy. Explains that they test all baby equipment and it’s happened before that when someone brings it home it just doesn’t work...Which makes zero sense that it’s tested but all of a sudden when it’s purchased and brought home it stops working. She then tells me she is going to hang up on me because she’s repeated herself enough. $75 wasted at this store on equipment that doesn’t even work. As the owner of the store you would think you’d want to hear the customer, yet all she wanted to do was point fingers. What a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. Also I wanted to clear some things up. I see a lot of reviews saying the owner is a SHE, the owner is a HE. The district manager or whatever is a SHE and they BOTH come and go as they please. Neither one of them are hardly ever there. Also as y’all can probably tell they only care about the money. They are supposed to check equipment and price it half of retail and give you half of what they price it at , but the owner often tells employees once the customer has cashed out to raise the price if he thinks he can get more money for it so customers aren’t really getting half of what they price it at. I believe that’s bad business practices, but what do I know I’m just a nobody. Also from observation they don’t treat every customer the same, some seem to get special treatment whether it’s people returning items or bringing in items to sell (accepting things from one customer but not another, when it’s the same type of thing and in the same condition. Last I knew they COULDN’T accept Chapter books but now they can. Seems like they change their mind to what benefits them when ever they want. Seems like they change their mind day to day.) But that’s just my 2 cents.

Horrible place. If I could give no stars I would. Idk how many times I’ve seen a worker leave the floor because the other workers made them cry. Also when they thought no one was in the store I heard them say “once the customer accepts the offer, raise the price.” I thought equipment is supposed to be half of retail and y’all give half of what you price it at? Yet y’all ain’t giving half of what you price it at if y’all raise the price once the customers cash out and leave! To me that seems like false advertising, because if you raise the price once they leave they aren’t getting half of what you are selling it for like you advertise.nnUpdate to respond to business:nFrom my understanding of the conversation I over heard is that the Owner tells them or the owner ups the price after the customers leave.
