In-store customer service was great but they charged my card double and the gave me the run around to get my money back. I called the store in Williamsburg and Kaitlyn answered the phone with a nasty attitude and told me to call customer service. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t know the phone number and gave me the wrong number. Very rude and I will not shop there EVER again.
Staff was very helpful and friendly (I'm not exactly a fashion person). Was doing Christmas shopping, they helped with suggestions and ordering (sizes weren't available in store). One size turned out to be wrong, they helped process exchange through online system.
Beautiful clothes that fit and help big girls feel beautiful too, however, the prices are just ridiculous.
Was only tagging along with my girlfriend. Although she did seem to get some pretty decent deals.
Prices are a little high but they still have good clothes
