One of the BEST BMW service departments I've ever dealt with! I can't say enough great things about the service team at Junge BMW in North Liberty. We've been taking our BMW's to North Liberty since they opened this location, and it's the only place we will go for service work. Gabe our service advisor and Nate one of the BMW mechanics are incredible to work with. Plus, all of the others I've had the pleasure to work with there as well. Everyone is so helpful, kind and honest which can be a rarity in the auto repair business as we all know. The knowledge and quality of work we receive is second to none. If you own a BMW and haven't been there for service yet you're missing out. They are definitely worth the trip!

Isaac was extremely helpful selling me a custom ordered 2021 X3e PHEV and keeping me informed through the build and delivery process. Offers for my trades was fair and competitive, though I ended up selling those cars privately-- even used the store to meet the buyer for one of them. Addison also did an excellent job as the finance manager. Happy customer!

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience trying to shop a 2020 X5 at BMW of North Liberty. I was interetsed at a particular model and Clayton helped me to get a very nice deal on that without ever pushing me. We ended up not buying the car for some personal reasons but we are looking forward to visit them again in near future.
