Junge Ford North Liberty

Half way through a road trip our car broke down, they were pretty friendly and helpful, ended up buying a new car from them. Easy enough to work with, the car we bought needs a new windshield and they said they'd get it replaced but hasn't been taken care of over a week later. Otherwise I would have given a 4 or 5 star review.nnUPDATE: They got the windshield replaced in a timely manor, delay wasn't their fault. Updating to 5 stars! Thanks guys!

The best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought fusion from them at great deal. When engine went bad they honored their warranty with a smile. I will buy all my autos from them in future. After yet another trip back for my ford this will be my first one star review. They still earn one because I still trust my sales advisor to be an honest upstanding person, and also still feel that in the future they can correct this issue(at which time this review should change). When picking my f150 up from yet another trip to the service department I learned that I still owed from a previous trip. That in and of itself is not to big of a deal. However they claim that the customer had requested a new air filter and fuel system servicektruck was in for a defective throttle body). Invoice had my name on it but I had never authorized that work, they also had no record of my initials or signature authorization. My father had dropped it off but they also dont have anything signed by him requesting extra work beyond the throttle body. To make it extra fun this is a direct injection motor the fuel system being cleaned will have no impact on the throttle body, also doesn't even have fuel filters to go bad. As for the air filter being replaced, this truck died on a road trip it had recieved a fresh service right before leaving. I'm know stranger to coming to junge as my parents have purchased vehicles here since the 70s. I've also purchased two vehicles here in the past year. As a car guy it's sucks because I know that this fuel system clean and air filter was a unnecessary and frivolous add on. The real issue is all the non car people that believe whatever the service department tells them, and for that reason I can currently no longer recommend to any family or friends the junge service department at this time.

Excellent experience. The sales department did a great job helping us find the exact truck that we wanted to purchase. Closing the purchase went smoothly without any surprises. I highly recommend you consider Junge when purchasing a vehicle.

Brent and Madison were awesome!!! They were straight forward, very professional, personable and easy going. The whole experience was no pressure and actually enjoyable. Matt made sure to stop and talk with us while we waited too. We never felt like we were waiting around too long because they made sure we had personal attention frequently while we waited for Madison to become available. Negotiating was fair, straightforward and NO games! We really enjoyed Junge Ford. We drove two hours for a specific vehicle this time, but they may just be our go to dealer from now on. Thanks guys!
