Ed took $250 from me to work on my finances to start my bankruptcy and never completed any work for me. He and his office staff constantly ignored my phone calls and emails and when I turned him in to the Better Business Bureau I finally got a call to let me know that he had lost his staff but would start working on my case. I informed him that I retained another lawyer and that I wanted my $250 back or at least the work he had performed on my case and he continued to ignore me - I never did receive my money back and if he did do any work on my case, he did not turn it over. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY!!!!! It's cheaper to hire an attorney in Des Moines as you will not have to pay mileage or additional fees for Ed to travel to Des Moines for your case! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME-AVOID THIS MAN AND HIS LAW FIRM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

My attorney was let go and Mr. Noyes has yet to contact me to inform me. I am uncomfortable about it and don't know what to do about this situation.nJustin did get my vehicle replaced before he was let go, so that's a positive part of this fiasco with this firm.
