Super simple. Handed my keys off, keys were brought back to me promptly and the work was done. No appointment for my oil change & tire rotation, but they got me right in and made is a great experience. Luke in service is awesome to work with, highly recommended.
Rob (the GM), Lance( our sales guy), and Tim ( our finance guy) were awesome to work with. We were in and out in approximately an hour and on our way home with our new vehicle. Daniel was amazing, he worked with us even when we had to reschedule. Even though we we're stressed about finding a new car after the storm had totaled our other one, he was able to make us laugh, it really helped calm us and was a great experience! We love our new car and has everything we were looking for, it only took him a matter of minutes to find a car with the technology we wanted. Gregg Young never disappoints!
Last oil change I had done at the Quick Lube they showed me my cabin air filter and it was dirty, so I had them change it, over $90. This oil change, they recommended that I change my cabin air filter, it hasn’t been done in a very long time, I told Kali no, it was just changed around 4ooo miles ago. She looked it up and she said you must drive a lot of gravel, that truck has only seen about 10 miles of gravel ever in the year I’ve owned it, and further more, those filter should last up to 30,000 miles on average. I’m not sure if anything was being pulled, or if I paid for a filter that was never changed, cause it was just as dirty as the first one they showed me a couple months ago. I’m a little lost at this point, I love the service that I’ve received so far, but not so sure about the future do to the whole cabin air filter situation. I apologize if I have this all wrong, but seem just a little odd to me.
