My truck was making unusual and bad knocking noises to the point the truck seemed to bounce on a smooth road as I was driving through IA. I hoped it was a bad tank of gas and the symptoms would go away with the next fill up, but saw the Ford sign from the highway, and decided to get it checked. Good thing I did as the timing chains were breaking and slapping inside the engine. The service crew got me right in and diagnosed the problem, and got to work on fixing it. They got me back on the road a full day before they expected to be able to, which was fantastic and greatly appreciated. They drove me to a hotel in town, and picked me up and brought me back to the shop when the fix was completed. Bill, the service advisor I worked with, was hugely helpful and kept me posted throughout the fix, and arranged the shuttle for me. Stopping here and working with Bill and the mechanics relieved a ton of the stress associated with a major engine malfunction.

I don't even know where to begin!! The customer service I received while working with Gregg Young in Newton especially Kristin Huyser was some of the best customer service I have ever received. I was not able to get approved for financing anywhere else but she worked HARD and got it done for me through my own credit union and on the vehicle I WANTED a BRAND NEW 2020 Malibu. I can't thank her and Gregg Young enough for everything from the great first impression to the amazing vehicle warranty, the Extra Mile coverage(that is included in the vehicle purchase) worth over $5,000 that ONLY Gregg Young dealerships offer to being able to leave in my new car only a couple days later! I will forever recommend Gregg Young to all family and friends. Thanks Kristin and everyone at Gregg Young.
