I love the food but its been taking to long to get it. The employees are always courteous.
I left the drive thru yesterday thinking this was a quick stop with just 1 car in front of me. I waited 10 min and car in front still wasn't served I just left my order there.
Overpriced. They almost always get the order wrong. There is one person that works there in the drive thru that rarely gives good customer service. And good luck getting hot food.
Hungry on the way home decided to stop. Had to wait for fries. Big mac was Luke warm if warm at all. Sweet tea was warm. So I am torn on to return or just go home and eat something warm.
The absolute worst run drive-through I’ve ever been through. Cars backed up 15 deep and they have one person taking orders, collecting money (don’t bother to use the pay window to save time) and same person dispensing food. You routinely have to pull out of line and park and wait. Even then, the line stalls and you wait forever. The Worst service ever.
