Every encounter that we had was a positive one from initial phone contact with Alisha, to the individual that drove and appraised our vehicle, to the extremely great finance guy that helped us out! I came in from out of town to buy a truck. Zach had two selections ready for me before I even pulled up. The buying process was quick and easy. Zach was honest and up front during the negotiations for my trade. I didn't get what I wanted, but I didn't go away from the experience thinking I was just taken advantage of. I was called a few days later and told that I had floor mats which I thought I wasn't getting. I was impressed because most dealers probably wouldn't have done that. Impressive. They shipped them to me quickly. Thank you to everyone at Brad Deery. It will be worth the drive to their dealership when I am ready to buy my next truck.

Zach B helped us through the car buying experience with no pressure sales at all. He and the team were easy to work with, and we came to a price agreement quickly.nnWe were also impressed with the COVID 19 mitigation efforts with fogging the indoor sales floor, fogging the car we test drove beforehand, as well as wearing masks and social distancing as was possible.nnAll in all a pleasurable buying experience from a friendly, professional team. It was worth the drive from the Quad Cities!

This is my second vehicle purchase from Brad Deery in Maqouketa. My salesman Luke was top notch. I have always had a great experience here. It is always nice to laugh a few times during the process. It seems to help ease the anxiety of buying a new vehicle. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely think of these folks in the future. I am really enjoying my new Ram 2500. The staff at Brad Deery are all so accommodating and work to get you the best vehicle for you. I had been communicating with Bailey for a week prior to my purchase. Susan Cantrill was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and made my purchase experience fun. She also made sure the service center called me to schedule the Zurich Shield application that I purchased with my vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and would absolutely recommend Brad Deery Motors to others.
