I pulled into the drive thru around 10 this morning, I concisely stated what I ordered, and it was messed up on the screen and I corrected them. They responded with “Ok buddy” and allegedly corrected my order and told me to pull forward. I was missing a sandwich in my bag once I got back home.nnNot only was it disrespectful to respond with that, but then to mess up my order is terrible as well. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for food.
Went through the drive thru for a quick lunch while running errands in Maquoketa. Covid-19 precautions being utilized. With the minimal interaction with the staff I had, they were friendly and courteous. Food quality and temperature was as expected from a McDonalds.
Well their food is ok, The drive thru is only open right now because of the pandemic but their drive thru is actually pretty fast with getting the people through line as quickly as possible.
Oh, the Maquoketa McDonald's was great. We went thru drive thru, not sure if dining room was open, but that's ok.
This location has inside dining as well as drive through. The inside was cleaned and appropriately spaced. We had to ask for napkins and catchup.
