Made an appt to get the brake lights repaired and rear wiper fixed as it was damaged. They call 30 minutes later and say it is done. I ask to make sure everything was done, only to find out they hadn't even looked at the rear wiper. Well, that may need parts. Huh? I knew that when I made the appt. I was then told it wasn't anything to get upset about. Huh? You didn't do what you were asked to do. To most people, that's reason to be upset. ADDITION - Because I gave a low rated review, they contacted me. And then proceeded to tell me what I saud wrong in my review. The service mgr, not the receptionist, told me the parts would be there on Wednesday. Then on Wednesday, we were told that more parts had to be ordered. Not that some parts hadn't come in, as I was argued with about. If any company can't handle a bad review over what actually happens, they shouldn t be in the service industry!

I always assumed I'd make my first car purchase at Vollmar's. I'm so glad that I was able to do so. Randy and Susan worked so hard to find me the right car and get me an amazing deal. On top of it all, Susan even had the patience & time to dedicate to my out-of-state residency situation. I feel blessed to have had such a great experience.nnKari Cronin
