We bought our first travel trailer ever at Gansen and are so happy we did! This is a family owned and run company and as a customer you can tell. The service is so personalized and Kari, Dean, and Nick were very accommodating. The RV was fully ready for us upon arrival despite being picked up on Monday following a holiday weekend. Nick walked us through working our trailer and hitching and unhitching patiently as we asked questions. We highly recommend buying your RV or accessories from this shop if you are in the area.

Definitely worth the drive! I was skeptical about driving all the way from Colorado, but Kari was great to work with over the phone. We made all arrangements and put down our deposit and scheduled a time to pick up our Rockwood 2096MB. On arrival, we were greeted by Nick who introduced us to Dean and Kari. The whole bunch at Gansen were great! Very friendly and helpful. I doubt we will be buying another RV any time soon as we expect this one to last a long time, but I would highly highly recommend Gansen RV!

We purchased our very first 5th wheel at Gansen's. We always had motorhomes, well let me tell you it was the best experience we have ever had.
