Stopped to look at replacing all 4 of my tires on my truck I purchased there when it was SHOTTENKIRk. Walked in and 2 guys was in service. I asked which one was interested in helping me. The one said he was new and would let the other guy do it. He was obviously upset and angry about everything going on. I stood there for 15-20 minutes and was completely ignored. Won’t do business there anymore. Seemed like everyone was mad at simply doing their job

My radio started doing some weird stuff and I couldn't get it to work so I dropped by Crown motor group. Unfortunately the service department had closed at 12:00 and it was after 2:00nI didn't even walk in when I saw the sign so I proceeded to leave. Well a young lady by the name of Dannie came out and asked if there was anything she she could do to help me. I showed her a video of what my radio was doing. A young gentleman followed by another gentleman came out to see if they could help. They worked with it until they got it to work. I wanted to say I truly appreciate their help. Thank you Dannie, Dakota and Chris for helping me out today.
