Excellent hiking trail. Wheelchair accessible parking and trail is pretty level with very little elevation change. Very awesome place to bring young kids to explore nature and view many different species of birds.
As of September 2020 the Visitors Center with the display of artifacts is still closed. $3 vehicle fee rescinded during the Covid panic.nWorth a visit for access to Missouri River and for the wildlife sanctuary. Can't see the remains of the steamboat at the bottom of the excavation pond but still interesting to see and some informative plaques.
Very interesting. Display inside is really cool
Great walk through the park. Restrooms closed though and other unnecessary chinaflu restrictions.
Enjoyed our visit and the beautiful fall foliage and weather.
