I was on vacation, driving International Dura Star pulling 37foot toy hauler when the clutch fan granaded. SUNDAY! We were an hour west of Fargo ND, coming from the Seattle area heading to Wisconsin with my son and his two boys to see our oldest daughter, grand kids, and great grand kids. I called their dispatch, it was not ten minutes later I got a call from Ben the service manager, from his campsite! I asked and he told me to call Jims towing, a company I would recommend to any trucker. Three hours later when were just arriving at Jims towing yard behind one of their mammoth tow trucks Ben called, said he was at the shop and checked stock for part I thought I needed and said he would have to order parts in. To end the story, Nelson's had my truck done in less than three days and put myself and family back on the road to vacation! YES, THEY ARE AWESOME!nTHANKS TO ALL AT NELSONSnIn addition, a week later as we were passing through I stopped on a Saturday because my air conditioning wasn't quite up to snuff. Justin, I apologise if I have the name wrong, shop manager on Saturday, took my truck in and checked out the air system himself!
