We did extensive research so knew exactly which model we wanted. Started the process via chat while we were traveling, letting them know we wanted to handle as much as possible remotely. Ryan worked with us through texts until we were ready to meet in person. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and welcoming. They provided us with their best offer and did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot. Once we did decide they worked with us to schedule a convenient date to finish the paperwork and take delivery. Ryan even came in on his day off. Chris did a thorough walk through and answered all our questions, then guided us through getting it hitched up. I will recommend this dealership to our friends.
We recently stopped to pick up our travel trailer at Good Life after it was serviced. We were not in the market to trade but happened to find the camper of our future. The staff was so accommodating as we pondered the decision we were to make. They were accessible for questions whenever we texted or called and made us feel so great about working with them. We are extremely pleased with the personal service and friendliness. What a gem we have in Good Life of Webster City! Oh yes, we bought the camper and are SO excited about it.
We found the fifth wheel on the internet and decided to go to Webster City to look at it in person. We met with Ryan and he took us on the tour of the trailer. We both really liked it and didn’t look at any others. We decided to purchase it after a week or so. We plan on retiring to a warmer climate but want to use the fifth wheel to come back home & visit family & friends. Plus in retirement, we will be able to travel and camp. Thank you Good Life for a positive experience.
The staff at Webster City Good Life RV are great. They made us feel like we were one of them. So much so that we stopped for a replacement plug for a hot water heater and ended up with a camper to go with it! Thanks for showing us our new camper JOSH!
Amazing and yet down home people. Super friendly and great products. Great experience to buy the camper from them. We will be there when we need more toys for it@
