Decent apartment but terrible management and tons of fees were applied after move out. Rip off if you ask me.
So far so good. The manager is friendly, the building​ is taken care of. The room are priced right for what you get.
Do not live here! The apartment itself is fine, but the management (APM) is absolutely awful. They are extremely rude! They denied my certified therapy pet, and also accused me of having an animal in my apartment and fined me $200. The driers never work, and if you need something fixed it will take weeks since they only have 1 mechanic for all the properties they own. I lived here for one year and will not be renewing my lease.
