Let me first say, I do like finish line. So I was planning on buying shoes after Black Friday because there was a guy here who told me they would do a 40% discount for friends and family for shoes/apparel on a particular date. Unfortunately, they changed the date and decided they would do it the day before- and I wasn’t informed at all. So I came in the store and they said they did it the day before and changed the date, and they wouldn’t do it for me because I was a day late. I had no idea the day changed and I just waited out the Black Friday deals because this dude told me this was better. The guy I spoke with at the store was rude and wouldn’t give me a discount because I was late, which wasn’t my fault. That’s the reason for the 1 star.
