Poor service. Been almost a year and won't go back.nReceived coupon, tried to use. But of course, no that's excluded, so is this and this one as well .nCoupons misleading and sales staff who have probably had to tell a lot of other customers they can't use the coupons on things are more than a little short.nSales staff all standing around cash register area chatting and pretty much ignoring customers.nSorry for being an inconvenience.
Staff are very unhelpful -- almost snobbish. Would not recommend shopping here. There are other stores around Dubuque that will not only treat you with respect / but also give you more bang for your hard earned buck.
