Working with Shannon was great to pick out colors for our bridal party. However, there was confusion with pricing from the beginning. When I called to communicate with them about it, we were able to compromise though I still wasn't impressed with the cost of renting a suit for one day. A few men from the bridal party also had sizing issues and required new sizes the week of the wedding. I am happy with their turn around for those that needed new items. Overall good experience, just would make sure to have clear prices from the beginning. Or perhaps go in with an idea of budget.
We had so much fun with our great grandson, took photos of him in his suit. Staff was helpful
Came into the store overwhelmed from visiting other places. They made us feel at ease and not stressed. We booked within 30 minutes. Very professional, helpful, and large selection of items. Will recommend Milroys to all my friends getting married
