Justin was great to work with . I took me a long time to decide (several months) and he was always there to help out and checking in with me without being pushy. Alfred also was great helping me out when Justin was busy with another client. Between the both of them you will be in great hands to make your new purchase.

Just purchased a car from McGrath VW and had a great experience. I worked with Justin and he was very upfront and transparent about the process. He was also super thorough and friendly. Make sure to ask for Justin when looking for a car at McGrath!

We were pretty nervous at first trying to trade in our car but Lisa is an amazing sales person, she was more then helpful trying to get us situated even with our bad credit. Overall we were in there for awhile but it was an awesome experience. Kevin at finance was such an awesome guy made us feel comfortable and was super easy going. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars if we could and we know for sure we’ll be back again in the future. Awesome place!

Alfred and Ellen, who he was training at the time, were awesome! Alfred was great at identifying what I was looking for even without me explicitly saying (or really even knowing) what I wanted. I also lived 50 minutes away from the dealership, and they both were very accommodating in making that work.nI worked with Kevin on the financing, and he was extremely nice and helpful in getting me to a price point I was comfortable with.nThe reason I'm not giving 5 stars is as this was my first car purchase, there were a few things that I think that could have been better explained/more transparent (ie no word about registering the car, no contact information for my lender [both organized by McGrath], and a disconnect between sales and finance on the pricing). Additionally, there was a sensor issue within the first 6 hours of it being off the lot, which they were able to take care of and set me up in a loaner for 24 hours. Even so, I left in a car I love and didn't feel ripped off.
