From out of town visiting relatives & needed an oil change before heading back home. Service staff was very pleasant & up front with everything. They even sent a video of the inspection which is fantastic. Most places you can't go in to inspect under your car, so getting a video with commentary was a welcome surprise. All service centers should do this. Quick service & good pricing.

I recently purchased a previously owned vehicle from McGrath Hyundai of Dubuque with the help of Tyler Farrey and Devin Wright. I am blown away by their Customer Service. Their willingness to accommodate and communicate is top notch! Their service did not stop at the Closing table either. Post purchase they followed up and addressed any and all questions I had to ensure my experience was one of complete satisfaction.
