Just moved to Dubuque and was referred to Big A for car service. I have taken 2 vehicles here for service a couple different times. They were very thorough with explaining what was wrong with my car ( even pictures )along with what was needed for repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend Big A for all your vehicles needs.

Great customer service. Got an oil change done today, and I was in there for probably no more that 20-25 minutes. I like how they send me text message notifications on a full evaluation on my car, and suggests on parts that needs to be repaired in the future.

I was there yesterday because of a power steering fluid lead. My work was done quickly, everyone was courteous and professional as always and I am definitely a life-long customer. Having gone to most other shops in the area to have work done on my vehicles, I can say with confidencenthat if that Big-A Auto is the place for a great value and great service!! - The Hoskins Family
