I purchased a 2018 Ford F 150 from Finnin Ford last Saturday 10/24/2020.I do not write very many reviews, however, this is the exception.nI emailed about the truck, David McClure responded and invited my wife and I in for a test drive. We made the 2+ hour drive to Dubuque on the chance that it might be worth it. This was truly the easiest, stress free buying experience we have ever had.nDavid bent over backwards for us, no really, David went the extra mile. Answering questions, digging for information, making us feel like we were in the right place with the right people. David and his Sales Manager, Rob Hoffman, are a Customer Service powerhouse! My wife and I couldn't be happier with this buying experience.nIf you are looking for someone to assist you in buying/finding a truck or car, give David McClure a call. Finnin Ford was awesome! Brandon handled everything promptly and paid close attention to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Got exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. Upfront and transparent, no surprises! Both Brandon and Dianne answered any all questions I had with confidence! Great work! I’m going to go enjoy my new new truck!!

Worked with Brandon over the past month and bought a 2019 F150 with everything on it I wanted. Had looks at 2020 and 2021 models and Brandon was especially helpful in this area. Gave me a solid price without any messing around. Know what I wanted and focused on that. Great experience.

Being a driver for a company and breaking down 3 hours from home and under D.O.T. rules, these folks were FANTASTIC!!nMichael J got me in and a mechanic on the job in no time!! Absolutely outstanding work!nGreatly appreciated! Management definitely needs to give both an atta boy!!

Excellent service from Jackson and staff! Jackson is hands down one of the best car salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If your looking for straight forward facts about a vehicle and what the best deal Is on the brand you want, Jackson is the guy to see! He will get you the best vehicle He has to offer that meets your needs! Jackson made buying from a dealer fun again! The financing staff is amazing as well, very comfortable to deal with and straight forward! Don’t go anywhere else besides Finnin !
