I bought a used suv about a month ago and the Marcus was great. Josiah in finance did a very thorough job. This week I had a n issue with my temperature going up and down. I contacted the service team and spoke with Dustin Scott. He had me bring it in and the issue was resolved. Even though the vehicle had no warranty they helped me. Justin was great to work with at the Volkswagen location, even though it took me several months to decide on what one to go with he was always checking in with me and had great customer service. Also Alfred was amazing and very helpful. Between those two you be great hands to make your next vehiclenpurchase.
I love my new Chevy from McGrath! I don't buy cars often and I really appreciate the way they made everything clear and easy. They had exactly the truck I wanted and they made the shopping and buying experience comfortable and easy.
I had a loaner car while my vehicle was in to be fixed. After a certain time of my vehicle still not being fixed, I was asked to return a loaner vehicle that did not match the vehicle they gave me. After telling them I did not have that vehicle, a few days later I got a text saying I needed to return, again the vehicle I did not have. I needed to return it by the end of the day.nTexted them back, said I do not have that vehicle as a loaner. They texted back wanted to know where to pick it up at. We went back and forth. I felt they were very rude and I felt harassed as I was at work trying to communicate regarding this issue.nThey were very unprofessional and looked even worse when they realized they lost a vehicle and I didn’t not have the one they lost!
Steffany Walker is the Best! She's super friendly, knowledgeable and has a great memory regarding my car's past service. I always request her whenever my car requires service.
