Would of been 5 stars if the loader wasn't rude. Quick loading and the lady at check in was very polite and professional. Got the green light, went inside to sign bills and was told they would be out to seal the trailer. Guy comes out and stands over 10 feet from my truck for a minute then goes back inside. He comes back out and never approached my truck but still stood 10 feet from it. When I finally asked if he was ready he informed me he's been waiting and he's not my momma and does approach trucks because he never knows what we are doing despite the fact i was in the drivers seat. Come on people and be courteous. Too much negativity going on as it is
Nice staff easy to talk to, in and out! Much appreciated from a driver standpoint!!
If you come earlier than your appointment time, you will be playing the Russian roulette. They might take you earlier or they might not. I came in 2 hrs before my appointment time on a Thursday and was made to wait until my appointment. I was the only truck on the lot. Maybe it was my experience but they’re running 4 different companies out of the same warehouse; so maybe shelve space is limited.
