Upgraded from last review as they attempted to fix an issue but failed to disclose to me two issues with the vehicle I was buying. Only disclosed after a credit check. I gave them a fair shot and they did not deliver. Probably a great dealer if you are local, but stay away if you are dealing with online purchases. They are not equipped to handle them. Be more transparent to your customers.

They even sent email to say happy birthday to me, might be automatically, but still makes me happy.nnIt's also by a rural area and highway, good route to test vehicle.nnAll in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.
Last month my truck took a bad turn and started breaking down. I new I was due for an upgrade and came into Victory Ford looking for a good deal. Met with Terry and he got me rolling in a nice Ford Escape. A huge upgrade from my previous vehicle and the service was outstanding. Every time I walk into Victory, Terry is always saying hi to me and the rest of the staff there are just as polite. I’ve recommended Victory to a lot of my friends and neighbors who are in the market for a new vehicle.
Had only planned on doing a little widow shopping at a number of of dealers but after first visting Victory we went no further. The people and the whole process of working up a dealing was comfortable and we ended up walking away with a vehicle.
