It was full of homeless people every where, a guy was washing his feet in the water from the drinking fountain, clothing was hung all over the fence and all this within 10 feet of the play equipment where my kids were trying to play. I understand it's a public place and everyone has a right to be there, don't get me wrong. But it was over the top for me personally on that day

Very peaceful and tranquil. A good nest.

I like this parking lot I noticed but I noticed one change that I didn't like, is how they remove the canopy from above the children's play area. I don't want to be too critical because I don't know the reason for removing the the canopy. This park includes a nice area for picnics , beautifully mature trees. Which gives me the impression that this park has been there for a while. Also another plus to this park is that it has a recreation center and a swimming pool that's open and swimming season. One one major element that I would point out, is that this is a Park that seems to attract homeless quite often.

Nice park with shady trees. Unfortunately we encountered multiple homeless adults in the children’s playground and human feces on the big slide. We counted 4 City of Henderson employees lounging in the lifeguard room 1 hour prior to pool opening.

Always a great time. The staff are always there when you need them
