We were driving through eastern Iowa when our serpentine belt broke. We limped into town and were directed to Lehman’s. They found the problem (seized idler pulley), repaired it at a fair price, and we were back on the road in less than one hour - in a 22 year old vehicle with a Diesel engine! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They could have easily upped the price- we were out of.state travelers, who were not potential return customers, but they didn’t! If I lived anywhere near Cascade, Lehman’s would be my go to place for auto repair. Cascade you’ve got a gem- support it!

Well after the owner cussed me out and called me names (who is a chicken #### now fil?) I agreed to revise my prior rating. After a badly botched 4 thousand dollar repair, they gave me a vehicle that was still leaking fuel inside it's own engine. They then charged me 400 for a high pressure fuel pump that had never had a previous problem. After that the vehicle immediately exhibited cooling problems. To their credit they did rebuild the engine for only the cost of consumables. Sadly, my car was still a hacks build and will probably never work right again thanks to Lehmans. I bet Triple A will tell you the cost of hauling a AWD vehicle from Arlington Iowa to this useless mechanic.

My sister was on her way to an exam, and was having car trouble. The man I spoke to on the phone met her outside, fixed the issue quickly and did not charge her much. Thank you so much for being kind and helpful! You were an answer to prayers today.

We were looking for a car for my 16yr old and found a car listed on Market Place. I received a follow up email immediately. We went in to look at the car the following Monday and had a great experience. Owner, Mike was exceptional. He took the time to explain his process of getting his inventory and was very personable and professional. We were allowed to take car on a long test drive. Paperwork to purchase was hassle free and I walked away feeling good about my purchase. Highly recommend the small, locally owned dealership.
