Bridges Bay Resort

This is the best place in the area to stay hands down. I have stayed in both the hotel and rented a condo in this resort and would/will do both again. Best time to go is off season when you don't have people everywhere running around.

I have stayed in better places for cheaper. The key on the second day didn’t work had to go all the way back and wait 20 minutes just to get it corrected. I also left something in the room after check out, I called to see if they found it had to to get transferred to house keeping, so far I have called 3 times to see if they have the item left 3 messages and no one will call me back. The only reason I give it two start is because I did have a decent view of the lake. I will never stay here again.

Currently a guest and I am going with not a fan. $360 a night and I have upstairs neighbors who are so loud I am having flash backs to a decade ago in my first cheap apartment. Seriously, it is nearly 11pm and I am still hearing stomping. Half the light bulbs are out in the bathroom. One mirror and its only the bathroom one. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere that didn't have a full length mirror.. this one is super minor, but I am a girl- mirrors are needed. Front desk could not recommend any fun activities or even a water rental place. No referrals to anything. The room are clean and they have a reasonable pet fee. View is nice. I guess when I compare this resort to others I have stayed at it comes up lacking. For the same price we stayed at a resort in Florida where we had a partial ocean view, multiple pools that served free fruit filled ice water along with the towels, free cabanas, and free venti starbucks coffee once a day at their in house location. The value does not even come close to comparing.

The customer service is comparable to any 5 star resort I have visited. The accommodations are amazing, (I booked a two bed condo).nWe enjoyed the indoor water park, the facility was clean, the water was warm, and again the staff actually seemed to be happy to work there.nWe plan on returning at least twice a month this winter.

We had the lakeview one bedroom condo over in the Summer Lake building. The first couple of nights were okay when the building was empty but starting Friday night our peaceful trip was over. These walls are ridiculously thin! We could hear every word spoken from the people next door to us, every cough and other sound they made, including bathroom time. There was zero privacy! What a joke for a place this new and expensive.nnWhen we arrived our dishwasher was full with dirty dishes. The staff say they are short on help but every time I went to the other building for something there was quite a few employees just hanging out and chatting. The ceiling fan above our bed had all three light bulbs out. There were two lights out in the bathroom and a moldy shower curtain liner. We have been sneezing and coughing since we got here.nnI believe they tossed this building up as cheap as possible to save money and it's at the expense of the guest that pay for the place. Unless they make some major changes, we won't be back.
