On hold for over 5 minutes and listening to all background noise while I waited. Disconnected twice when I finally did get through. NO meat available for several of my customer options. Had to call back and forth multiple times. People need to work on the phone etiquette and how to professionally speak to people on the other end. NO Mac and cheese either. I know the restaurant is new but PLAN for that part. Definitely NOT a good first impression for ME or my customers in the area. They say delivery on the website but two people said NO delivery and the manager finally said yes so not sure if they do or not.nFirst impressions are everything to me...ended up cancelling the entire order because it just got too tough to go back and forth with them about everything they were OUT of.nI know the food is good as I have used the restaurant in Moline but this location is a mess. Manager should have offered to make it right...and...NOPE.nOne and done.
I’ve been here a few times and haven’t had anything that I didn’t like!! Their grilled chicken club is AMAZING!!! Best sweet tea in the area!! Friendly greeters taking orders!! Very well managed!!
Giving them 5 stars mainly for their customer service! Especially Steven! Their app didn’t work, phone number didn’t work after trying to call 3 times. 4th time was able to get ahold of someone and place an order. Got there to pick up the order and the rewards I had wouldn’t work. Steven (assuming he’s a manager) honored the reward and made the experience easy from there.
Incredible food! This is a must go place to eat, also the free Wi-Fi is insanely fast. Great place to get work done. Did I forget about the tea? Oh yeah, try the tea.
They missed half my order. They didnt have roast beef and it was only 12:00p. Wasnt busy when I arrived shortly after waiting for my food they got a little busy but not bad. This is only their 8th day open. So I will give them a little bit of a chance to tweak things.
