Went there tonight and was disappointed. I understand being short staffed, but if you’re going to make people wait longer to order and get their food, then the order should be right. My girlfriend got a baked potato and we didn’t get any sour cream, butter and she didn’t get any dressing with her salad either. Very dissatisfied.

The quality of food was very good but my wait in line was long considering I had to go back around in line because they forgot an item in my order.

Very friendly staff, but they forgot our fries. The inside is closed due to COVID and the drive thru was about 10 cars deep. Sadly we didn't go back for our missing fries.

I usually have a very good experience when I go to Wendy's but this time it was very stressful. The cashier first, forgot to give me my credit card back. I realized it when I was starting to pull away from the window. I drove around to the entrance of the restaurant and parked my car and went inside to get the card. Next, she got my drink order mixed up. I asked for a diet coke and she gave me a regular coke. It was correct on the recite so either she didn't check the order or she can't read. Last, I asked for a large french fries. Usually, when I go to other fast food restaurants I always check to make sure that the cashier didn't forget a food item. But, since I have never had any problems with Wendy's in the past I didn't check my order. I went home to Fort Madison with my order and when I opened the bag I noticed that I did not have any french fries. I was very upset.nThe lesson I learned is to always check my order because a lot of employees are not conscientious about their work ethics anymore. It seems that people, in general, want a paycheck but they do not want to work or they want the paycheck with having to do the least amount of work or effort as possible. Nowadays people are becoming very lazy.
