Horrible customer service!! Facility is clean and easy to enter but management made sure I will never use their facilities again. I spoke with the site manager as well as corporate regarding the timing of a unit no longer being in use. Even though it was proven the unit was empty, I still was charged two full months. The service representative was incredibly rude, cut me off several times and offered no resolution to the discrepancy.
While my husband was deployed we stored our stuff here and when we returned literally every piece of our furniture was water damaged. There were pools of water that reached all the way to the back of our unit. When we called to complain they made it seem like it was our fault and refused any compensation what-so-ever. We lost thousands of dollars and had to throw out sentimental items that had mold on them from the wet boxes. I will no longer shop at Menards or use their facilities.
As a mover who loads and unloads peoples things here, it WOULD BE NICE to have a couple more doors to use for load/unloading instead of wasting peoples money by us doing lots of walking. Jus sayin guys, consider it!!
It would be 5 stars if it didn't leak into the units
Free indoor storage is very clean, everything looks and appears very well maintained. The only thing that I do not seem to be fined of, is the tops of the units are just covered with chicken wire which makes them not secure. However talking to the manager that is there 8 to 5 5 days a week and has been there since the opening of the indoor storage there has never been a break-in or any type of thievery.
