GREAT BUSINESS!nMy son went missing and I needed a key made for his truck after waiting for him to be found for more than two weeks. Jim's Lock & Safe were courteous, kind, on time and even went the extra mile to deliver the keys to my home! The price was much better than it would have been when I lived in Cedar Rapids. I am so impressed with this business having been a business owner myself for many years.

Friendly and quilfed

They seem very friendly and helpful. Just make sure you understand if you go in to have a key fob programmed you are responsible to pay regardless of it working or not. Replacement fobs are much cheaper online than they offer so if you're looking I'd recommend that route and use them to program it.

A no show for 2 different appointments. Tried getting service for 4 weeks. Made in unnecessary chargers. LAny at the counter is an asset but could only do so much. Another company only took 3 day's to do everything needed and was professional.
