Everyone there was very nice! Went over every detail of the paperwork to make sure the customer understands. They make sure you’re satisfied with the vehicle you purchase. They absolutely know what customer service is and I’ll definitely be getting another vehicle from them!

I purchased two jeeps from Car Mart. The first one was great. The second one broke down two months and having it. I mean major problems. Kayla did not help me get to the point where the repairs can be made. But they sure want that payment for a vehicle that they sold you that does not run right. At one point I was even instructed that I needed to get to Burlington from Keokuk no matter what means were even if it was walking to speak with them in person about a vehicle that doesn’t run. I contacted the corporate office, and all that happen from that is they had the same people that I was having trouble with call me to talk about the issues. Kyla even tried to basically reprimand me over the phone about my issues and reporting them to the corporate office. I did not call for a lecture, I called because the jeep I was sold was a lemon and the service contract I was forced to purchase was not being enforced to help me.But like I said before, they sure want that weekly payment even though they know you don’t have transportation because of the vehicle they sold you. Buyer beware. If you have bad credit, try to find another place. Money driven, with no customer satisfaction when there is an issue.

After not having having other vehicle for a month and half. Farmington, Missouri girl Christi helped me. Also Anglea. And for most Kyla was great.. I will go back again..
