I called and made an appointment on Friday for today which is Monday. They came and picked it up at eight this morning and returned it by 10:30. Everything was done satisfactorily and efficiently.nnWent to get the oil changed and had no appointment. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Love that convenience. Don’t forget the girls at the desk. Happy and willing to help.

Very pleased with the overall service of my vehicle! Bought a new 2019 F150 and greatly appreciate the ease of buying the truck!nnHad oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Short wait time, and very dependable service.

I usually buy all my tires here with usually no problems and get the lowest price. Well this time I found a lower price and I felt like shottenkirk was trying to make me feel bad about finding a cheaper price, and questioned it in various ways. Then after explaining multiple times, the method I preferred for payment, I was still questioned about that. They picked the car up in the morning from my work, and called me @ 1300 to let me know it was done and to ask where the paperwork was (after I called and left a message that morning, telling them) showing the lower price. Then asked again about the payment process. Also was told the car would be in the parking lot with keys and a bill. Then @ 1520 hours i walked the parking lot to find no car, called and was transferred six times to various voice mails. Finally on the seventh try, I asked to not be transferred unless someone is picking up, they did, and basically they said they were behind and someone would bring the car right over,( feeling like they forgot to bring it). I have had better experiences there. Next time I will just go to Blains that had the cheaper price.nnAdditional Info: I was called by Diane (I think that is her name) service manager, and apologized to and given a free oil change as a follow up, so all is good. Customer service ud83dudc4dnnI also want to say I have been back since then, to have warranty work done our Nissan pathfinder, Matt our service manager had a hard time getting the parts (we are finding out, I believe, that is a Nissan problem) but kept me up to date on delays, and finally after the parts came in, they picked my vehicle up @ work, did the job, and fixed our tire also that had a nail in it. Paid over the phone, and brought it back, successfully. Very good customer service ud83dudc4f

Very knowledgable sales and finance department. Listened to our needs and wants. Answered any questions. Kept us current on status of vehicle delivery. Entire process was stress free and enjoyable!
