Had the best experience with Runde and salesman Taylor Whittle it only took maybe 10mins to complete the sale and thank you to Linsay for going threw the paper work so fast.Would highly recommend them.

Great Experience and assisted me in finding a good vechicle for my children and I in a timely manner! They were respectable and understanding and didn't treat me like a naive woman who didn't know anything! I would recommend them to anyone! :)

This is the worst dealership that we’ve ever dealt with. We paid $50,000 cash for a pickup and still haven’t been able to get it registered. Aaron that is the sales manager in Manchester has NO customer service skills or people skills. If I was his boss, I would send him for training to learn how to treat customers. First, they didn’t give us the title or the second key. Next we realized that the emergency brake was not working and Aaron had the adasicity to try to say that we did it! Then we get that fixed, at which time they realized that we couldn’t have caused it, again Aaron was wrong, surprise! We finally get the title and it’s not signed! Really???? Now it’s the damage disclaimer, it’s supposed to be the original, which you would think they should know. But they don’t!nI would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to get a vehicle! Stay away from this dealership, they honestly do not know what they are doing!nI worked for a dealership that if this went on like this, for now 2 weeks, someone would be fired and Aaron would be the first one to go.nSTAY AWAY FROM RUNDE, especially in Manchester, IA!!!!

Test drove a 2014 Chevy Tahoe last week and had already been approved for financing but asked that they look up what new rims would cost and get back to us. Was told we would hear back later that day or the following day...its been a week later and we have yet to hear back! In the meantime we found a different vehicle, first and last time we try to do business with Runde in Manchester.
